GravBox has a zero-tolerance policy for spam. The Service is intended for legitimate business and personal communication only. We actively monitor and enforce anti-spam measures to protect our infrastructure and our users' reputations.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GravBox platform:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or commercial messages without recipient consent
• Using purchased, rented, or scraped email lists
• Sending phishing, spoofing, or deceptive messages
• Falsifying headers, sender information, or message metadata
• Sending messages that violate applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, IT Act 2000 India)
• Operating open relays or proxies through the Service

3. Automated Protection

We employ server-side spam filters that scan incoming and outgoing messages for spam indicators, phishing attempts, and malicious attachments. Accounts that trigger spam alerts may have their sending capabilities temporarily or permanently restricted.

4. Daily Send Limits

Each plan has a daily outbound email limit to prevent bulk sending. Limits vary by plan tier (e.g., 20/day on Free, 100/day on Starter, 300/day on Business, 1000/day on Pro). Exceeding your limit will temporarily suspend outbound sending until the daily counter resets.
