Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GravBox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including workspace owners and mailbox members.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in using Google authentication via Firebase to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the actions of their associated mailbox members.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed upfront for the selected duration (1, 12, 24, or 48 months). All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Upgrades: When upgrading mid-cycle, you receive a prorated credit for the remaining value of your current plan.
  • Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your current features remain active until then.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew before the end of your billing cycle to maintain access to paid features.

4. No Refunds Policy

All payments made for GravBox subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, upgrade proration adjustments, or unused portions of a subscription.

In the event of a service outage that materially affects the core functionality for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a service credit toward a future billing cycle. This does not constitute a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Sending spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Hosting illegal, abusive, or fraudulent content
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

6. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Planned maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GravBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, email delivery failures, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases, and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period. You may cancel your account at any time through your settings; however, no refunds will be provided for prepaid periods.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
